HP is seeking a leader to independently develop operational and project strategies in Product Data Management, handle cross-functional topics, and steer large project teams while owning complex strategic supply chain initiatives across the organization.

You will drive supply chain strategy development, advise business executives on high-level issues, collaborate with key stakeholders to optimize solutions, and contribute to the development of new frameworks and tools in supply chain projects.

Formación

• Four-year or graduate degree in supply chain management, manufacturing engineering, operations management, business administration, or related discipline.

• Program management and communication skills – self-starter, ability to independently manage multiple initiatives with cross-functional teams.

The role leads supply chain strategy development, consults with business executives on high-level supply chain issues, and collaborates with key stakeholders to optimize solutions. The role leverages industry expertise for innovative ideas, and contributes to the development of new frameworks and tools in supply chain projects.

Responsibilities

• Experience in Product Master data management processes and tools in HP. Master data topics like product lifecycle dates, hierarchy, BOM structure & governance, planning attributes, etc.
• Program management and communication skills – self-starter, ability to independently manage multiple initiatives working with x-functional teams, structure governance
• Enterprise applications & tools: includes MS4, S4, Pulsar, costing tools, PLC systems, BI solutions used in the PDM environment, CPQ (config and pricing tools)
• Works with key stakeholders as required to optimize supply chain solutions and provide input into new process capability requirements, driving an improved implementation experience and high adoption rate.
• Leads large, cross-functional project teams, providing mentoring and guidance to achieve project goals.
• Interprets benchmarking and statistical data to create new processes, strategies, and tools to be used for supply chain business objectives.

Education & Experience Recommended

• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations management, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
• Typically has 10+ years of work experience, preferably in supply chain, operations, or a related field.
• Network with relevant PDM stakeholders in PS GBU, marketing, planning, procurement, planning fulfilment
• Knowledge of industry standard PLM tools like Windchill
