Spectrum Effect, a fast-growing AI-driven telecom analytics company, is seeking a Principal Software Engineer to design, develop, and deploy high-performance software with a focus on ML inference and real-time systems. You will translate RF requirements into robust software and guide cross-functional teams across engineering, ML, and operations.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or equivalent.
• 7+ years of software development experience and 10+ years overall.
• Experience designing real-time/near-real-time systems, including ML inference.
• Experience with distributed systems, databases, and messaging systems.
• Strong Linux knowledge and software architecture understanding.
• Ability to own solutions from design to implementation and iteration.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced startup with ambiguity.

Responsabilidades

• Lead rapid design, development, and iteration of high-performance software solutions and features.
• Translate complex RF requirements into technically sound software aligned with business goals.
• Guide cross-functional teams, balancing speed and quality in a fast-moving environment.
• Communicate complex concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders, including executives.
