Job summary

Jabil is seeking a Principal Product Engineer to lead technical direction and manufacturing programs for AI/ML, CPU, GPU, network and server platforms. You will oversee end-to-end product development from NPI prototyping through validation and large-scale production, driving cross-functional collaboration, innovation and continuous improvement.

The role requires deep knowledge of server/storage architectures, liquid cooling, OS/firmware/hardware interfaces, and hands-on prototype/testing

Qualifications

• BS degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field; MS preferred.
• 6+ years in hardware product development with enterprise servers, storage or networking products.
• Experience in multi-site, multi-cultural environments; travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers and Jabil teams to resolve complex product/process issues using rigorous analysis.
• Lead end-to-end product development from NPI to large-scale production.
• Provide engineering support across multiple manufacturing sites and exchange best practices.
