Pharmaceutical Company in Mexico City is seeking a Principal IAM Security Engineer to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of secure IAM capabilities with a strong PAM focus. The role is onsite at Insurgentes Sur, supporting critical digital platforms in a regulated environment.

Ideal candidates have 8–10 years in IAM, hands-on PAM experience, AD, PKI, and strong English. You will mentor teams and drive automation and policy adoption across IT security and infrastructure.

Formación

• 8-10 years of IAM or related engineering experience.
• Hands-on experience with PAM solutions (3-4+ years).
• Advanced PowerShell scripting for automation.
• Deep expertise in Active Directory environments.
• Strong PKI knowledge including MS-PKI, DigiCert, AWS certificates, Entra ID.
• Proven IAM engineering/architecture background.
• Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).

Responsabilidades

• Lead design and implementation of enterprise IAM with PAM focus.
• Architect and manage PAM capabilities and credential workflows.
• Develop and enforce IAM security policies and standards.
• Collaborate across IT, infrastructure, applications, and security teams.
• Support risk assessments and remediation of IAM vulnerabilities.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship within IAM teams.
• Identify automation opportunities and continuous improvements.
• Offer SME guidance on IAM architecture and threats.
• Evaluate systems, ensure reliability and operational excellence.
