NielsenIQ is seeking a Principal Data Engineer to enhance their global data engineering team in Mexico. The selected candidate will design and optimize data platforms and pipelines, manage high-performance data workflows, and ensure data quality.

In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, drive best practices in Data Engineering, and mentor fellow engineers. A strong background in data modeling and cloud platforms (preferably Azure) is essential for success in this position.

Formación

• 6–10+ years of experience in Data Engineering or related roles.
• Strong programming skills in Python and SQL are required.
• Experience with Big Data frameworks such as Spark and PySpark.

• Design and implement scalable, high-performance data pipelines.
• Maintain cloud-based data platforms including data lakes and data warehouses.
• Support advanced analytics and data-driven decision-making.
