NTT DATA in Mexico is seeking a Lead Data Platform Engineer to steer a team of nine data engineers, delivering analytics integrations with Informatica Cloud Data Integration and Cloud Mass Ingestion. You will manage data extraction from diverse sources and delivery into the Enterprise Data Warehouse on Redshift and Denodo, ensuring quality and timeliness.

You will apply best practices for ETL, lead technical standards, and guide data pipelines using AWS services such as Glue, S3, Step Functions,

Formación

• Desirable Informatica Cloud Data Integration Certification (ICP).
• Foundations in Informatica IDMC, CDGC, and IDMC for Databricks.
• Desirable ICP certification for Cloud Data Governance and Catalog.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and organize a team of 9 engineers delivering analytics data integrations.
• Ingest, transform, and deliver data from diverse sources into Redshift and Denodo.
• Act as delivery lead with governance, staffing, and escalation with the client.
• Develop data products end to end: source discovery, ingestion, models, and governance.
• Maintain and support the integration platform with SLAs, root-cause analysis and improvements.
• Define technical standards and development patterns for the team.
• Guide data pipelines using AWS: Glue, S3, Step Functions, Athena, Secrets Manager.
• Apply ETL migration best practices in modernization projects.
