Resideo is seeking a Pricing Analyst II to support pricing activities within the Products & Solutions unit. The role interfaces with product management, marketing, field sales, and finance to apply pricing levers and improve profitability. You will manage price analyses, price lists, and data in PROS, and communicate pricing strategy across functions.

• Advanced English skills.

Responsabilidades

• Understand and apply pricing analytical techniques to reduce price leakage and improve profitability.
• Collaborate with sourcing and supply chain to understand commodity changes and drive pass-thru pricing initiatives.
• Manage price analysis and support offering management to implement price changes.
• Conduct customer analyses to drive revenue growth, SKU rationalization, and operational excellence.
• Cooperate with different functions across organization to conduct transactional price analyses and provide recommendations.
• Lead pricing related management operating system, Root Cause Analysis, Course Correction.
• Manage pricing transactions, price lists, and key datasets in PROS.
• Ensure consistent reporting with finance, communicate pricing strategy.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
