Pricing Analyst

Collaborate with innovative 3 Mers around the world

Department Overview The Pricing Operations Team is part of USAC Operations. The Pricing Operations Team provides administration and support for special prices to Marketing, Sales, and Customer Service personnel in USAC region.

The impact you will make in this role

• Execute transactional pricing process for area based on governance process
• Transact standard price change request according to governance process
• Transact deviated price request according to area leverage and playbook
• Process the requested promotions according to the established framework
• Escalate to area portfolio leader the quotation request
• Execute price change into the system
• Identify and escalate transactional process improvement opportunities to generate better customer experience and simplify processes
• Reject request outside USAC governance policy

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications:

• English level C1
• Demonstrated experience problem solving, reasoning, customer service and analytical skills
• Knowledge of Excel, SAP, Sales Force and SharePoint.
• Ongoing communications with Pricing, Customer Service, and business stakeholders via email, Sales Force cases, etc.

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Analytics skills desire in Power BI & Vendavo
• Demonstrate Strong Attention to Detail to ensure accuracy on data reports and processes.
• Proven ability to work effectively and collaboratively across businesses and operations teams
• Ability to manage difficult situations
