A leading educational organization in Mexico is seeking a School Monitor to ensure the safety and well-being of students during school hours. This role involves supervising students, supporting teachers, and promoting a positive school environment. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, experience working with children, and strong communication skills. Formación

  • High school diploma required; additional training in education or child supervision is an advantage.
  • Previous experience working with children or in an educational setting preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of first aid is desirable.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English and Spanish is a plus.

Responsabilidades

  • Supervise students during arrival, recess, lunch, and dismissal times.
  • Monitor hallways, playgrounds, cafeterias, and other common areas.
  • Support teachers and administrative staff in maintaining discipline.
  • Assist in organizing student lines, transitions, and transportation routines.
  • Report incidents and disciplinary issues to the appropriate authority.

ISP Monitor Role Profile

Overview

The School Monitor is responsible for ensuring the safety, well-being, and appropriate behavior of students during school hours and activities. This role supports the smooth operation of daily routines by supervising students in common areas, assisting with transitions, and promoting a respectful and orderly school environment.

Key Responsibilities
