Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in early childhood education with leadership roles.
• Strong knowledge of preschool curriculum development and teaching methods.
• Understanding of child psychology and developmental milestones.
• Proven ability to lead and manage a team of educators.
• Full-time on-site work in Guadalajara, MX.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, implementation, and assessment of preschool programs.
• Lead and mentor preschool teachers and support staff.
• Ensure curriculum is engaging, age-appropriate, and developmentally suitable.
• Monitor classrooms for safety, stimulation, and learning conducive environments.
• Observe teaching staff and provide feedback and professional development.
• Act as liaison between teachers, parents, and administration with open communication.
• Manage classroom resources and materials effectively.
• Enforce school policies including health and safety regulations.
• Assist in recruitment and training of new teaching staff.
• Champion a positive, collaborative school culture.
