How will you make an impact in this role?

Responsible of creating and defining high-value strategic opportunities for Premium Cards portfolio; high focus on Premium's growth; new projects lead, ensuring successful implementation across AMEX

Responsibilities:

• Product Performance: understanding and fulfillment (economics, value proposition, key drivers, etc.) across multifunctional local & international LOBs.
• Contribute to define & implement portfolio’s growth & cost efficiency strategies through portfolio insights with high focus on value proposition assuring tangible & competitive value.
• Develop & present 360 business cases to support strategic decision making.
• Development of communication strategy that supports usability and engagement with Premium Products
• Develop, optimize, and monitor E2E processes – Build efficient, standardized processes and lead continuous improvement through KPIs tracking and deliver a seamless customer experience.
• Drive product innovation – Identify opportunities to evolve the product through innovation and implement digital tools that enhance value for customers and internal efficiency.
• Ensure operational excellence and regulatory compliance – implement, monitor and align controls to maintain operational integrity, mitigate risks, and ensure full compliance with internal policies and external regulations.

Minimum Qualifications

• 3 years minimum experience in Product Management, Product Innovation, Marketing, Revenue Growth Management
• External vision, capable to be on top of new trends, competence, and opportunities.
• Superior assertive communication & interpersonal skills (visual and oral) with management & cross-functional teams in Spanish and English.
• Analytical skills - data driven & result oriented, understand customer's drivers and resources available to come up with new ideas.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail

• Highly resilient, proactive and motivated individual with desire to work on ambitious projects and ability to break down complex ideas into understandable and actionable messages.
