Formación

  • Bachelor's in Electrical, Mechanical, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 2 years experience with ABB and GE products.
  • Strong team orientation and communication in English.

EL Sales Support Special.-Sales Process

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will support the Sales organization and its customers by determining the most technically appropriate and cost-effective solutions. You will serve as a key technical resource in the assigned area, preparing technical descriptions for applied products and technology. The work model for this role is: #L-Hybrid. This role contributes to the ELECTRIFICATION team and stakeholders. You will be mainly accountable for:

  • Offering technical advice and commenting on enquiry specifications regarding ABB’s products/systems/applications.
  • Providing technical support during meetings, product presentations, and negotiations.
  • Performing analytics and diagnostic studies to identify the most suitable technical solutions for complex enquiries.
  • Delivering product/solution/service-related training and supporting managers in preparing technical articles.
Qualifications for the role
  • Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or other Engineering or relevant equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience with ABB and GE products.
  • In-depth knowledge of ABB, GE, and competitor residential, distribution, and control products, including load centers, transformers, modular metering, industrial breakers, panel boards, motor control, pushbuttons, safety switches, and programming MODBUS.
  • Strong team orientation and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English for effective communication with US Customers via phone and email.
  • Ability to collaborate with all organizational levels.
