Job summary

RHI Magnesita N.V. in Ramos Arizpe invites applications for an Invoice Processing Intern to support the Accounts Payable team. You will assist in processing invoices, validating data, and maintaining records while learning practical skills in a global business environment.

You will report to the Accounts Payable Team Leader and gain exposure to payroll processes, process improvements, and cross-functional collaboration in a fully on-site role.

Qualifications

• Active student pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
• Must have valid health insurance.
• Availability to work on-site 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Desirable: advanced written and spoken English.
• Opportunity to gain practical experience in payroll and business services.
• Certificate of completion at the end of the program

Responsibilities

• Support in processing and validating supplier invoices in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Assist in reviewing invoice documentation and ensuring accuracy of data prior to posting.
• Support the resolution of invoice discrepancies and communication with internal stakeholders and suppliers.
• Assist in monitoring invoice status and ensuring timely processing and payment.
• Support in maintaining accurate records and documentation related to accounts payable activities.
• Prepare and update reports related to invoice processing metrics and payment status.
• Participate in meetings and calls with regional and global Accounts Payable teams.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization projects within the finance function.
