Valeo Service in San Luis Potosí is seeking a part-time Logistics Trainee to support lean initiatives on the shop floor. You will assist in 5S improvements, layout updates, and ergonomics across receiving and shipping areas.

You will help map value streams, participate in Kaizen events, and monitor KPIs like cycle times and inventory accuracy, while drafting standard work instructions for warehouse operators.

Formación

• Active student status in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Basic knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and supply chain processes.
• Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with SAP/Power BI is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Support Lean Logistics & 5S initiatives, layout design, and ergonomics.
• Assist in Process Mapping (VSM) to identify bottlenecks and waste.
• Participate in Kaizen workshops and QRQC projects on the shop floor.
• Track KPIs such as line stop risk, cycle times, and inventory accuracy.
• Help create and update SOPs for warehouse operators and material handlers.
