Trouw Nutrition Monterrey is seeking an IT S&O Officer to support local business applications and Nutreco applications. You will provide technical assistance, analyze issues, and implement effective solutions reported from the service desk.

The role also involves contributing to the execution of the Business IT strategy under the guidance of the Business IT Specialist or Manager, with local scope. The position requires proactive problem solving, good communication with internal customers,

The IT S&O Officer is responsible for providing technical assistance, analysis and solutions to issues reported or escalated from the service desk. He / she supports the execution of the Business IT strategy under the leadership of the Business IT Specialist and/or Manager.

The role applies incident and problem management processes to provide resolution to incidents or appropriate workarounds for problems while seeking to proactively and continuously improve support to the Nutreco's internal and external customers.
