Copeland is a global climate technologies company seeking an active undergraduate student to join its import operations team. You will support updating import procedures, maintaining records, and ensuring compliance with customs requirements while gaining hands-on exposure to international trade.

This role offers practical experience in cost handling of import operations, learning from experienced professionals, and contributing to efficiency within the cold chain and global supply network.

Formación

• Active undergraduate student in international business, international relations, or foreign trade.
• Valid health insurance.
• Basic to intermediate English.
• Basic knowledge of foreign trade.

Responsabilidades

• Updating and maintaining import procedures.
• Maintain import files in accordance with the customs law Article 59 and regulation Article 81.
• Validation, registration, control and processing of expense accounts for import operations for correct payment.
• Record and send import instructions.

Requisitos

• Estudiante activo la Licenciatura en negocios internacionales, relaciones internacionales, comercio exterior.
• Seguro facultativo vigente.
• Ingles Basico -Intermedio.
• Conocimientos basicos en comercio exterior.

Responsabilidades

• Actualización y mantenimiento de los procedimientos de importación.
• Mantener actualizados los expedientes de importación de acuerdo al art. 59 de la ley aduanera y el art. 81 del reglamento.
• Validación, registro, control y procesamiento de las cuentas de gastos de las operaciones de importación para su correcto pago.
• Registro y envio de instrucciones de importación.
