Una empresa líder en soluciones automotrices busca un pasante en Recursos Humanos para apoyar en la gestión de servicios internos y bienestar de los empleados. Se requiere ser estudiante activo en Psicología o áreas relacionadas, con disponibilidad mínima de 4 horas diarias. Ofrecemos un ambiente dinámico y oportunidades de desarrollo personal y profesional durante la pasantía.

Formación

  • Estar inscrito en los últimos semestres de la carrera (desde el 5to semestre en adelante).
  • Disponibilidad para realizar prácticas profesionales (mínimo 4–6 horas diarias).
  • Interés en el bienestar laboral, clima organizacional o gestión del cambio.

Responsabilidades

  • Apoyar en la gestión de servicios internos como transporte y eventos.
  • Asistir a empleados con servicios y solicitudes generales.
  • Organizar eventos internos como cumpleaños y campañas de bienestar.
  • Proporcionar apoyo administrativo al área de recursos humanos.

Job Responsibilities

Actividades Principales:

  • Support in managing internal services such as dining, transportation, uniforms, and events for staff.
  • Assist employees with benefits, services, and general requests.
  • Follow up on satisfaction surveys and propose improvements in staff services.
  • Help organize internal events (birthdays, celebrations, wellness campaigns, etc.).
  • Create and update reports on service indicators.
  • Manage the distribution of recognitions, gifts, or incentives for employees.
  • Support in logistics for health campaigns or wellness programs.
  • Archive and control documentation of the department.
  • Provide general administrative support to the Human Resources area.

Requisitos

  • Active student of Psychology, Administration, Human Resources, or related fields.
  • Enrolled in the last semesters (from 5th semester onwards).
  • Availability to undertake professional practices (minimum 4–6 hours daily).
  • Service-minded attitude, organization, and proactivity.
  • Good oral and written communication skills.
  • Basic proficiency with Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Desirable: interest in workplace well-being, organizational climate, or change management.
