Formación

• Experiencia en gestión de proyectos técnicos y mantenimiento.

Job Description:

Technical Project Management

• Determines project specifications in line with operations requirements and performance standards; completes technical studies and prepares cost estimates.

• Evaluates and validates design alternatives to create optimum designs.

Projects

• Participate in assigned installation and/or maintenance projects, within the project management guidelines.

• Ensures successful completion of the assigned project phase within the budgeted time and cost constraints.

Monitoring and Auditing

• Generates reports regarding project/installation status, progress of maintenance and project work, incidents, and updates relevant systems as well as technical documents as required.

Maintenance and Troubleshooting

• Defines maintenance and engineering standards, procedures, and approaches for the assigned area, in order to enhance the quality and availability of the installation.

• Assists in preparing, planning, and scheduling maintenance and project work; supervises (scheduled and non-scheduled) maintenance work, carries out testing, and generates and implements solutions and/or corrective actions to installation and maintenance problems. May actively participate in the execution of the work whilst supervising.

• May maintain or supervise inventory management of equipment, parts, and supplies to ensure availability of equipment/spare parts for continuous production.

Compliance

• Ensures that all activities are prepared and executed in line with all relevant safety regulations and procedures (work permits, LoTo, etc.), as well as technical standards, regulations, procedures, instructions, guidelines, and promotes awareness, including addressing anomalies to others.

• Signals potential hazardous and/or unsafe situations, takes appropriate action in case of imminent unsafe situations.
