RTX is seeking a Design Engineering Intern in Mexicali, MX. The role supports engineering design activities, including 3D modeling, documentation, and process improvements, contributing to aerospace component reliability and safety.

You will work with experienced engineers to create and modify CATIA models, prepare drawings and docs, and assist in automation projects. Strong fundamentals in design, Excel, and communication are valued as you learn in a hands-on environment.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field.
• Fundamental knowledge of engineering design and manufacturing processes.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsabilités

The Design Engineering Intern supports engineering design activities, including 3D modeling, technical documentation, and process improvement initiatives. The Design Engineering team develops innovative and reliable solutions for aerospace components, ensuring compliance with engineering requirements, quality standards, manufacturability, and safety.

What You Will Do

• Intermediate English communication skills.
