Job Responsibilities

The person will be responsible for internal communication, creating creative content to foster a sense of belonging, and keeping the organization informed through biweekly newsletters. They will lead department-focused meetings to gather relevant information in a timely manner, take photographs at events, edit photos during visits and events, use drones, generate videos, and creatively edit compilations of quarterly videos. The role involves creating visually appealing and digestible material for quarterly results meetings across the campus. The individual must actively participate daily with all campus departments. Proven experience with Canva, Adobe Premiere, or similar content creation and editing platforms is required.

Requirements

• Student of marketing, graphic design, industrial design engineering, or related fields.
• Intermediate English proficiency.
• Experience with Canva.
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud suite.
• Drone operation, photography, and video editing skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
