Job summary

Valeo, a global automotive technology leader, seeks a Sales Trainee/Apprentice in San Luis Potosí for a part-time fixed-term program. You will support OEM Key Account teams with market analysis, catalog cross-referencing, and sales reporting to identify aftermarket opportunities.

You will collaborate across supply chain and commercial teams, utilizing Excel, Power BI, Tableau, and SAP to help deliver dashboards, monitor part availability, and respond to customer inquiries.

Qualifications

Recent graduate or in the final semester of a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs) and data handling.
Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) or ERPs (SAP) is a strong plus.
Strong commercial awareness with interest in automotive sales and business strategy.
Excellent communication, customer-oriented mindset, adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Market & Data Analysis: Analyze competitor pricing, market share, and sales trends to identify opportunities in the aftermarket.
