Continental busca talento para impulsar iniciativas de mejora en la planta en México. Se trabajará en procesos de manufactura, con foco en Lean, 5S y Kaizen, para optimizar productividad y calidad.

El rol implica análisis de datos, elaboración de reportes y colaboración con Ingeniería, Producción, Calidad y Logística. Se valoran recién egresados y actitud proactiva.

Qualifications

• Titulación técnica o licenciatura en área industrial.
• Se valora experiencia en manufactura, pero no es obligatoria.
• Conocimientos básicos de Lean, mejora continua y procesos manufactureros.
• Conocimientos básicos de Excel y Power BI son una ventaja.

Responsabilités

• Identificar pérdidas de productividad y oportunidades de mejora en la planta.
• Realizar estudios de tiempo, tiempos de ciclo y análisis de desempeño de procesos.
• Apoyar actividades Lean (5S, Kaizen, eliminación de desperdicios y trabajo estándar).
• Ejecutar e impulsar iniciativas PPI y planes de acción con cronogramas.
• Recolectar y analizar datos de manufactura (productividad, OEE, scrap y paradas).
• Documentar resultados de mejoras y apoyar la validación de ahorros con dueños de procesos y Finanzas.
• Mantener reportes de rendimiento, dashboards y documentación de procesos.
• Colaborar con Ingeniería de Manufactura, Producción, Calidad, Mantenimiento y Logística.
• Verificar que mejoras se sustenten y cumplan con seguridad y calidad.

Descripción del empleo

• Identify productivity losses and improvement opportunities on the shop floor.

• Conduct time studies, cycle-time measurements, and process performance analysis.

• Support Lean Manufacturing activities, including 5S, Kaizen, waste elimination, and standard work.

• Execute and track PPI initiatives, action plans, and implementation timelines.

• Collect and analyze manufacturing data, including productivity, OEE, scrap, and downtime.

• Document improvement results and support savings validation with process owners and Finance.

• Maintain performance reports, dashboards, and process documentation.

• Collaborate with Manufacturing Engineering, Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Logistics.

• Verify that implemented improvements are sustained and comply with safety and quality requirements.

Requisitos

• Technical degree or bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics, Manufacturing, Automation, or a related field.

• Recent graduates are welcome; previous manufacturing experience is desirable but not required.

• Basic knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement, and manufacturing processes.

• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel; Power BI knowledge is an advantage.

• Analytical thinking, proactive attitude, teamwork, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
