Stellantis in Mexico is seeking a Product Engineer for Powertrain electrical components. The role requires daily presence at the Assembly Plant, coordinating with Manufacturing and Engineering to validate changes and ensure conformance to customer requirements.

You will coordinate tests, approve or reject temporary substitutions, and support pilots and pre-series activities at the plant. Strong communication and desktop software skills are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required with automotive relevance.
• Minimum 5 years in automotive as Product Engineer or similar.
• Hands-on assembly/manufacturing plant experience daily in-person.

Responsabilidades

• Liaise between Manufacturing and Engineering to address Powertrain electrical issues.
• Promptly inform Part Owner in Powertrain Electrical about plant-reported issues.
• Validate Engineering Changes at Assembly Plant for Powertrain-owned parts.
• Coordinate and execute tests at Assembly Plant to confirm conformance.
• Ensure parts with pending validation are approved for shipment to plants.
• Support usage of specifications and design changes at Assembly Plants.
