Ford is seeking a Core Engineering Supervisor for power unit systems and industrialization. You will lead eDrive power unit programs, coordinate cross-functional teams and manage design rule compliance, requirements and FMA documentation.

The role requires strong leadership, MBSE experience, and a track record of delivering powertrain components through design and launch cycles. Collaboration with vehicle programs and manufacturing teams is essential.

Formación

• Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering or similar; MS preferred.
• 4+ years managing/delivering powertrain programs through launch.
• MBSE experience; knowledge of MBSE tools.
• Strong problem solving, writing and presentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead internal systems design and sign-offs.
• Coordinate milestone reviews and timing plans.
• Maintain program financials and support releases.
• Collaborate with eDrive and powertrain teams.
