Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, or portfolio management.
• Experience with requirements gathering, process mapping, and enterprise platforms (ERP, PLM, CRM, CPQ).
• Strong data and analytical capabilities; proficient with visualization tools and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Support product hierarchy, portfolio governance, and process optimization across functions.
• Analyze portfolio performance, profitability, complexity, and data quality; translate into dashboards and KPIs.
• Translate business needs into process, data, and system requirements; collaborate with IT on integrations and testing.
• Drive cross-functional alignment, change adoption, and continuous improvement across portfolio initiatives.
• Monitor process performance and data quality, identify opportunities to strengthen controls and reporting.
