Flowserve is seeking a Portfolio Excellence Business Analyst to drive end-to-end portfolio governance and data-driven decision making across Product Management, Commercial Operations, Finance, and IT. You will connect business needs with data, processes, and technology to strengthen visibility and data integrity.

You will translate requirements into actionable data models, dashboards, and KPIs while improving data quality and cross-functional alignment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 3+ years of business analysis, portfolio management, or data analytics experience.
• Experience with ERP/PLM/CRM/CPQ data flows and system dependencies.

• Support product hierarchy, portfolio governance, and process optimization across functions.
• Analyze portfolio performance, profitability, complexity, and data quality into dashboards and KPIs.
• Translate business needs into process, data, and system requirements with IT collaboration.
• Drive cross-functional alignment, change adoption, and continuous improvement.
• Monitor data quality and controls across portfolio initiatives and global stakeholders.
