About the role of the Pool & Beach Server:

The Pool & Beach Server provides exceptional food and beverage service to guests enjoying the pool and beach areas, ensuring attentive, prompt, and friendly service while maintaining cleanliness and organization.

Responsibilities include:

• Greeting guests warmly
• Presenting menus and taking accurate orders
• Delivering orders promptly and ensuring satisfaction
• Monitoring sections to anticipate guest needs
• Maintaining cleanliness of service areas
• Upselling menu items
• Handling guest complaints professionally
• Setting up and breaking down service stations
• Ensuring adherence to safety regulations

Qualifications:

• Fluency in both Spanish and English
• Minimum 3 years in Food & Beverage service
• At least 2 years in a luxury environment
• Proficient in POS systems, including MICROS
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Physically capable of extended standing, walking, and outdoor work
