Job summary

ContactLink Solutions LLC is seeking Polish-English interpreters for fully remote, full-time contractor roles. You must be fluent in English and Polish and comfortable working from a home office with reliable internet and a wired headset.

Responsibilities include handling calls per interpreter’s code, awareness of healthcare terminology, and engaging in internal training. On onboarding, you will begin working immediately with monthly payments based on a per-minute rate.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Polish required.
• At least 1 year interpretation experience preferred.
• Strong listening, retention and note-taking skills for accuracy.
• Follow interpretation protocol to avoid omissions or additions.
• Explain cultural concepts to prevent miscommunication when needed.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls professionally according to interpreter’s code of conduct.
• Be aware of industry vocabulary (healthcare/medical).
• Participate in internal professional training.
• Communicate and report to team leader.
