Capgemini Engineering in Toluca is looking for a Jr- PMO Planning professional to support project planning and management. This entry-level role will involve collaborating with teams, managing schedules, and ensuring project objectives are met, all while focusing on Mechanical and Physical Engineering.

Candidates should have at least 1 year of experience in the automotive sector and advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint. A flexible work culture promotes a balanced work-life integration.

Formación

• Minimum 1 year automotive industry experience at OEM or large tier-1.
• Advanced to expert level in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to interface with all levels of management.
• Full program life-cycle experience.

Jr- PMO Planning - Jr | On site - Toluca

Responsibilities

• Support Platform and Project Planning Manager in achieving project timing, labor, and investment objectives.
• Coordinate general and detailed (by phase) scheduling of the project/program to ensure timing consistency in execution.
• Create and manage bulletins and bulletin responses.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create governance decks of product action requests.
• Ensure labor, validation, and prototype financial targets are achieved.
• Facilitate PMT and Program Review.
• Manage vehicle build plan and delivery to support vehicle validation requirements.
• Manage commercial launch plan (volumes and dates) with the Brand(s), Plant(s), and Purchasing Department.
• Serve as primary interface with the Vehicle Project, Platform & Modules Teams Planning Manager (QCTP) and Chief Project Engineer (CVE).

Your Role

Focus on Mechanical and Physical Engineering. Entry-level graduate with limited commercial and technical work experience. Build skills and expertise in a chosen Engineering Discipline. Works under instructions and directions and delivers reliable results. Keen to understand clients' business and needs. Solves routine problems. Organizes own time with a short time horizon.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year automotive industry experience at an OEM or large tier‑1 in any of: product development engineering, program management, finance, accounting, or quality.
• Advanced to expert skill level in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to interface with all levels of management.
• Full program life‑cycle experience.
• Ability to quickly learn proprietary Stellantis software.
• Advanced skills in manipulating, interpreting, comparing, and overall analysis of large data sets/financials.
