Stellantis Toluca site seeks a technically adept maintenance specialist to support robotics and automation systems (ABB, Fanuc, Nachi, COMAU). You will coordinate maintenance strategies, manage PM planning with TMS, and ensure documentation and performance metrics are up to standard.

Collaboration with suppliers and production engineering is essential for maximizing equipment uptime. The role requires engineering education, 5 years' experience, and advanced English.

Formación

• Engineering degree required.
• Advanced English is essential.
• 5 years of experience in maintenance/robotics environments.
• Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and electronic systems.

Responsabilidades

• Define maintenance type per production plans and manpower.
• Plan and schedule PM activities with TMS.
• Analyze Emergency Work Orders and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure proper documentation of equipment.
• Monitor warranty periods and request service from suppliers.
• Provide performance indicator analysis (OLE/OEE/MTBF/MTTR).
• Develop SMP and OPL for tools and cycles.
• Collaborate with equipment suppliers and production engineering.
• Define CBM activities for equipment.
• Manage contractors and maintenance tools.
• Analyze checklists for maintenance scheduling.
• Manage spare parts and backups.
• Develop MP info for professional maintenance and ensure read-across.
