John Deere is seeking a Platform Senior Product Manager to lead platform and product direction, owning roadmaps and success metrics across multiple programs in a technical environment.

Based in Garza Garcia, you will collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to deliver scalable platform solutions, drive adoption, and ensure production readiness for intelligent-machine initiatives.

Formación

• 5+ years of proven experience as a Product Manager for complex technical products.
• Solid understanding of robotics software, autonomous systems, ML platforms, cloud services, data systems, and intelligent-machine technologies.
• Experience with the CVML lifecycle: data ingestion, labeling, model training, inference, and improvement.
• Proficiency in product lifecycle management, Agile/Scrum, backlog prioritization, and cross-functional execution.

Responsabilidades

• Represent the voice of internal customers and program teams to drive Platform and product direction.
• Own and prioritize platform roadmaps, requirements, success metrics, and backlogs; translate complex challenges into scalable capabilities.
• Partner with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to deliver platform solutions, drive adoption, onboarding, and rollout strategies.
