This remote position requires strong technical skills, with responsibilities that include deployment, troubleshooting, and customer project planning.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in IT deployments.
• Basic understanding of software deployment technologies.
• Experience with computer and network systems security.

Responsabilidades

• Responsible for deployment and operational support of the CrowdStrike Falcon platform.
• Assist customers in operationalizing all modules of the Falcon platform.
• Troubleshoot customer issues across small to large enterprises.
