CrowdStrike Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Platform Associate Resident Consultant to drive planning, deployment, and operational support for the CrowdStrike Falcon platform and related applications.

You will manage deployments from initial engagement through optimization and follow-on support for the CrowdStrike platform. You'll work with customer security teams, mentor on Falcon best practices, and troubleshoot across diverse environments.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related discipline and 2 years IT deployment experience.
• Strong understanding of software deployment technologies and cross-platform support.
• Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to varied audiences.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, deploy, and support CrowdStrike Falcon and related applications for clients.
• Collaborate with customer security teams to optimize platform usage and threat detection.
• Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting across Windows, Mac, and Linux environments.
• Develop automation scripts and integrations using Falcon APIs.
• Travel up to 25% for on-site or remote deployments and customer engagements.
