Bosch in Ciudad Juárez seeks a Financial Analyst - Plant Result Controller to support controlling and reporting activities for the plant and ME division. The role requires strong analytical skills, English proficiency, and SAP knowledge, with responsibilities spanning P&L analysis, forecasting, and month-end closing.

The candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field, 3+ years of relevant experience, and be adept at translating financial KPIs into clear management

• Bachelor Degree in Finance or related
• Advanced English
• MS Office, Excel intermediate to advanced level
• SAP knowledge – intermediate to advanced level
• Minimum 3 years experience in similar field
• High level analytical skills - Able to think analytically and work well with numbers
• Storytelling skills - translate complex financial KPIs and P&L drivers into concise takeaways
• Team player, good with processes coordination

Responsabilidades

• Analyze actuals vs Current Forecast vs Plan for total Plant, ME division and Product Teams.
• Knowledge of Profit and Loss structure.
• Coordinate plant monthly and quarterly P&L forecasts.
• Coordinate month-end closing activities within cross-functional CTG2.
• Analyze Other Income and Expenses with accounting group.
• SAP RPC owner: support plant in resolution and SAP planning.
• Drive reconciliation between FI and CO to minimize year-end impact.
• Prepare and present financial information to plant management.
• Main contact with Internal Bosch reporting stakeholders (Germany, North America, Mexico, etc.).
