Adient Monclova is seeking an operations leader to manage assembly lines and coordinate production across departments, ensuring on-time delivery and product quality.

You will analyze daily results, plan resources, drive continuous improvement, and uphold BOS/5S standards and safety policies. The role reports to the Operations Manager and requires strong leadership in a manufacturing setting.

• Leads all assembly operations with knowledge of assembly processes.
• Identifies continuous improvement opportunities.
• Ensures safety standards and quality controls.

Responsabilidades

• Lead all assembly operations and coordinate production departments to meet schedules and quality targets.
• Analyze daily results to determine material, equipment and staffing needs and resolve production problems.
• Implement and verify continuous improvement opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with BOS, 5S, policies and procedures and employee relations activities.
• Maintain overall product quality and halt production if necessary to address root causes.
• Communicate with managers and staff to align objectives and meet customer needs.
• Support safety with adherence to HSE&E practices and incident reporting.
