La Planta de Fabricación en Fabricas Monterrey, S.A. de C.V. busca un Coordinador de Manufactura para optimizar flujos de producción, asignación de recursos y garantizar el cumplimiento de metas de producción y estándares de calidad.

El candidato debe tener Ingeniería Industrial u afín, 2–4 años de experiencia en coordinación de producción, dominio de Lean y ISO 9001, y fluidez en español e inglés; se valoran certificaciones y manejo de ERP.

Formación

• Título en Ingeniería en Industrial, Mecánica, Eléctrica o afín.
• 2-4 años de experiencia en coordinación de producción.
• Conocimientos en Lean Manufacturing, ISO 9001, FSSC22000 y Control Estadístico del Proceso.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinar actividades diarias de producción, programación y flujo de materiales.
• Monitorear avances frente a cronogramas y ajustar planes ante cambios.
• Rastrear KPIs de producción (output, eficiencia, desperdicio) y reportar a la gerencia.
• Identificar cuellos de botella y proponer mejoras continuas.
• Asegurar cumplimiento de seguridad, calidad y políticas de la empresa.
• Colaborar con compras, logística y QA para disponibilidad de materiales.
• Mantener registros de producción y controlar inventarios y downtime.
• Participar en la capacitación del personal y manejo de equipos.
• Solucionar problemas menores de producción y escalar cuando corresponda.
• Participar en conteos cíclicos y conciliación de inventarios.

Job Description: Coordinador de Manufactura Responsabilidades

Coordinar el proceso de Manufactura con base a los estándares, procedimientos, controles y políticas establecidas por Crown y mediante la implementación de estrategias que aseguren la optimización de recursos, promuevan el desarrollo del recurso humano, fomenten un clima laboral sano y aseguran los materiales, maquinaria y equipo necesario para el logro de las metas establecidas en los indicadores operativos, el crecimiento, permanencia y rentabilidad del negocio, asegurando el cumplimiento de las necesidades de nuestros clientes.

Requisitos

• Titulado en Ingeniería en Mecánica Automotriz, Industrial, Eléctrica o carrera a fin.
• Sentido de responsabilidad
• Agrado por el área de producción y manufactura
• 3 Años de experiencia en procesos productivos. Conocimientos en Green Belt (deseable), Lean Manufacturing, Control Estadístico del Proceso, ISO 9001, FSSC22000

Job Summary

The Plant Production Coordinator at Fabricas Monterrey, S.A. de C.V. is responsible for optimizing production workflows, ensuring efficient resource allocation, and supporting the overall manufacturing process to meet production targets and quality standards.

Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily production activities, including scheduling, material flow, and labor assignments, in collaboration with production supervisors and team leads.
• Monitor production progress against established schedules and adjust plans as needed to address unforeseen issues or changes in demand.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as production output, efficiency, and waste, and report findings to management.
• Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in the production process and propose solutions for continuous improvement.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols, quality control standards, and company policies throughout the production floor.
• Liaise with procurement, logistics, and quality assurance departments to ensure timely availability of materials and smooth transitions between stages.
• Maintain accurate production records, including material usage, finished goods, and downtime.
• Assist in the training and development of production personnel on new procedures and equipment.
• Troubleshoot minor production issues and escalates complex problems to appropriate personnel.
• Participate in inventory management activities, including cycle counts and reconciliation.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in a production coordination or similar role within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, production planning, and inventory control.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and experience with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• Fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken) is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic production environment.
