Job summary

RONAL Wheels is seeking a Plant Manager to lead production operations, ensure customer requirements are met, and drive efficiency, quality, and continuous improvement.

You will oversee Foundry, Machining, Painting, Maintenance and Infrastructure, and Supply Chain, optimize plans and budgets, and develop teams to achieve business objectives. This role requires strong leadership and a proven track record in the automotive sector.

Qualifications

• Degree in Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
• 5+ years in automotive industry and 5+ years in managerial roles with direct reports.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Strong leadership, communication, conflict management, change management, strategic thinking, and results orientation.
• Experience as an IATF 16949 internal auditor.
• Proficiency in automotive Core Tools.
• Experience with VDA 6.3.
• Knowledge of PSCR responsibilities.
• Experience with CQI-9, CQI-12, and CQI-27.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate Foundry, Machining, Painting, Maintenance and Infrastructure, and Supply Chain operations.
• Ensure production plans, quality standards, and delivery deadlines are met.
• Manage production resources and budgets, optimizing costs and productivity.
• Analyze performance indicators and implement strategies to reduce rework and scrap.
• Drive continuous improvement through methodologies such as 5S, Gemba, Kaizen, Statistical Process Control, and TPM.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures.
• Develop teams and collaborate across departments to achieve business objectives.
