Job summary

Essity in Monterrey, Mexico seeks a Unit Controller responsible for coordinating monthly closing in a plant, reporting cost accounting information, and supporting investments and project follow-up.

The role analyzes cost drivers, ensures proper inventory valuation, controls asset movements and keeps auditors informed.

You will collaborate with markets and stakeholders to update accounts payable and provide forecasting data for CAPEX and budget processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in cost accounting and inventory valuation in manufacturing.
• Ability to analyze cost drivers and perform gap analyses.
• Knowledge of asset registers and movements within asset accounting.

Responsibilities

• Understands and comments movements within the asset register
• Executes update of AP and AP calculations based on requests from market and input from stakeholders in plant
