Lear Corporation in Mexico is seeking a Finance and Operations professional to manage plant budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting.

You will lead payroll calculations, cost control, and month-end close, coordinating with departments to ensure accurate records and timely insights.

Requirements include a bachelor's in accounting/finance, English proficiency, and 2+ years in similar roles; on-site work at the plant.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or similar.
• Advanced English level.
• 2+ years of experience in similar positions.

Responsabilidades

• Budget preparation and control, including forecasting.
• Payroll calculations and explanations for Actual vs. Forecast variances.
• Conduct financial analyses for plant operations.
• Review, audit, and maintain controls over fixed assets.
• Coordinate the team to meet Finance and Operations objectives.
• Coordinate with departments for physical inventories of raw materials and tool crib.
• Ensure accounting records are accurate and explain variances.
• Determine monthly expenses based on financial analysis and data.
• Determine sales price and cost by program, including risk analysis.
• Lead month-end close and ensure timely, accurate results.
