Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering; Master's degree preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience managing engineering teams and plant-level projects.
• Proven experience leading capital projects, automation initiatives, and continuous improvement programs.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Project Management, and Operational Excellence methodologies.
• Advanced financial acumen related to project justification, budgeting, and cost management.
• Strong communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and manage the plant engineering team, fostering accountability and continuous improvement.
• Oversee planning, execution, and completion of engineering projects within scope, budget, and timeline.
• Drive manufacturing, automation, facilities, and infrastructure projects to support objectives.
• Establish engineering standards and project management methodologies for efficiency.
• Collaborate with operations, quality, supply chain, EHS, maintenance, and leadership teams on productivity and cost-reduction initiatives.
• Manage CAPEX planning and execution for optimal ROI and resource allocation.
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for significant issues.
• Evaluate and implement new technologies, equipment, and processes to improve plant performance.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, regulatory, and company standards.
• Develop project budgets, monitor expenditures, and report progress to senior leadership.
• Support organizational growth through coaching, mentoring, and talent development in engineering.
• Build partnerships with customers, suppliers, contractors, and corporate engineering teams for successful execution.
