Schneider Electric has an opportunity for a Planner Scheduler for our Queretaro location.

As a Production Scheduler, you will play a crucial role in optimizing production schedules, ensuring efficient resource utilization, and driving on-time delivery of products.

• Develop and maintain comprehensive production schedules to meet customer demand while optimizing resource utilization and inventory levels.
• Manage the plant's Master Production Schedule (forecast workload/capacity, suppliers forecast…)
• Manage the flow of raw materials and sub-assemblies from suppliers to the workshop, the flow of the plant's finished goods from the workshop to distribution centers/customers, and flows in solution activities. Responsible for Production line (1 to 3) schedules, respecting order milestones, adjusting resources for unforeseen events, and optimizing WIP. Ensures updates of key parameters of supply and stock management. Plans, schedules, and prioritizes resources to execute Customer Projects in production.

Main Activities

• Schedules in detail the different tasks of the manufacturing line (Project manager and Project Engineering not in scope).
• Apply ‘Healthy Production Start’ decision.
• Assign resources to adjust capacity and balance the load.
• Balance global workload weekly and allow adjustments during the week for order release.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in related fields (Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations Management).
• ETO Engineering To Order knowledge/experience is a PLUS.
• At least 2 years of similar experience, proven experience as a production scheduler in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Proficiency in using advanced planning and scheduling tools and ERP systems (SAP).
• Advanced English proficiency.
