Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Planner Scheduler located in Guadalajara, North Campus.

Reporting to the Production Planning Manager, the Planner Scheduler role is responsible for working with the materials and planning teams to ensure on-time and efficient deliveries of the final product, with zero downtime.

What a typical day looks like:

• Prepares summary reports, spreadsheets, and charts based on analysis of data from multiple sources, which may include but will not be limited to customer bills of material reports, staff metrics, PPV metrics, and PPV form tracking.
• May create and maintain databases in support of data collection.
• Challenges and resolves data integrity issues, including but not limited to quotations.
• May support inventory control, supply chain management, material planning, and scheduling.
• Where applicable, suggest process/communication improvements relative to metric tracking activities.

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

• BA/BS or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in materials, planning, purchasing, or supply chain.
• Intermediate English.
• BAAN or Agile systems is a plus.
• BOM's Materials.
• Experience in Customer Service.
• Intermediate Excel.
• Schedule availability.
