Vertiv in Reynosa, Mexico seeks a Supply Planner to support customer delivery by effective scheduling and optimizing production capacity. You will coordinate with Demand, Engineering, Product Team and Material functions to master the schedule and manage inventory.

Responsibilities include ensuring ERP/MRP processes, planning long lead materials, and tracking SIOP outputs. Strong Excel/MS Office skills are expected and the role emphasizes Vertiv’s core principles and collaboration across teams.

Brief Description

Supply Planner, Supporting Customer Delivery by effective scheduling & optimizing production capacity. Closely coordinating with Demand, Engineering, Product Team and Material functions. Master Scheduler for the LOB. Inventory control

Responsibilities

• Knowledge of ERP System & Material Planning, Capacity Planning
• Understanding SIOP Planning, Supply Plan.
• Master Scheduling / Demand Forecasting.
• Interact with Sales / Manufacturing / Product Team to interpret their needs and requirement to understand demand.

• Understanding MRP and Material Planning process and close interaction with Procurement/Buyer team
• Planning & Forecast of long lead material with the help of Sales, Engineering & Product team.
• Track & Report generations of SIOP & Supply Plan
• Inventory Analysis and action plan to reduce inventory.
• Develop and implement manufacturing plans, capacity allocation for new products.

Good Excel & MS office knowledge
