Copeland, a global climate technologies company, seeks a Co-op Maintenance Planner in Ramos Arizpe. You will support creating, tracking and closing maintenance work orders and assist with preventive and planned maintenance tasks.

The role targets engineering students in industrial, mechanical, or electronics fields. You will work with IT tools and gain hands-on experience in maintenance planning while collaborating with a team.

Formación

• Student of industrial engineering, mechanical, electronics, or related field.
• Gender neutral.
• Basic knowledge of maintenance management and resource planning.
• Good computer skills (Microsoft Office, maintenance management software, and more).
• Proactive attitude and ability to work in a team.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Basic-intermediate English.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in creating, tracking, and closing work orders in the maintenance management system.
• Assist in printing and delivering preventive maintenance, planned corrective maintenance and TPM deliverables.
• Assist in updating maintenance records and ensure proper documentation of completed work.
• Assist in asset onboarding (ID assignment) and creating problem codes in the maintenance management system.
• Verify that work orders are complete and delivered to technicians in a timely manner.

Planner Mantenimiento Co-op

Responsabilidades

• Apoyar en la creación, seguimiento y cierre de órdenes de trabajo en el sistema de gestión de mantenimiento.
• Apoyo en impresión y entrega de mantenimientos preventivos, mantenimientos correctivos planeados y entrega de TPM’S.
• Apoyar en la actualización de registros de mantenimiento y garantizar la correcta documentación de los trabajos realizados.
• Apoyo en alta de equipos (asignación de ID) y creación de códigos de problema en el sistema de gestión de mantenimiento.
• Verificar que las órdenes de trabajo estén completas y sean entregadas a los técnicos correspondientes de manera oportuna.

Requisitos

• Estudiante de ingeniería industrial, mecánica, electrónica o carrera afín.
• Sexo indistinto
• Conocimiento básico en gestión de mantenimiento y planificación de recursos.
• Buen manejo de herramientas informáticas (Microsoft Office, software de gestión de mantenimiento, entre otros).
• Actitud proactiva y capacidad para trabajar en equipo.
• Buenas habilidades de comunicación y organización.
• Ingles básico-intermedio
