Copeland is seeking motivated personnel for production roles in Mexico. This position emphasizes adherence to safety protocols, strict attendance, and effective handling of manufacturing tasks on the line. We value reliability and the ability to follow detailed work instructions.

Ideal candidates will have basic reading/writing ability, and a background in manual tasks. Training provided to operate standard machinery and tools used in production.

Formación

• Must have secondary or high school education.
• Willingness to rotate shifts.
• Able to read and write.
• Manual dexterity required; operate standard production tools.

Responsabilidades

• Follow safety rules and Production Line Safety guidelines.
• Comply with Internal Work Regulations.
• Adhere to discipline, punctuality, and attendance policies.
• Follow Work Instruction procedures.
• Meet the standards set on their production line.

Responsabilidades

• Cumplir con el uso de su Equipo de Seguridad y actuar conforme a los lineamientos de Seguridad de su línea de Producción y su Instructivo de Trabajo.
• Cumplir el Reglamento Interior de Trabajo.
• Cumplir con las Normativas de Disciplina, Puntualidad y Asistencia.
• Dar seguimiento a su Instructivo de Trabajo.
• Cumplir con el estándar que se le asigna en su línea de trabajo.
