Reporting to the Sr. Planning Supervisor, you as a Planner will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by meeting their requirements and exceeding service expectations. You will maintain leveled production according to business needs, manage inventory levels within established targets, and keep information systems and metrics updated to support effective decision-making.

About the Job
  • Provide attention and service to both customers and suppliers.

  • Plan production and materials based on customer requirements, following established procedures.

  • Share future demand information (forecast) with suppliers and service providers to ensure better support from business partners.

  • Keep systems updated with the latest customer and supplier information, analyzing potential variances.

  • Maintain updated operational metrics and provide information to support decision-making.

  • Negotiate delivery dates with customers based on supplier lead times.

  • Coordinate with production for special shipment plans and scheduling when required.

  • Anticipate purchases when system anomalies are detected, supported by cycle counts, BOM review, or supplier risk notifications.

  • Ensure compliance with basic safety and hygiene standards.

  • Location: Matamoros, Tamaulipas.

  • Work modality: On-site / Presential.

About You
  • University degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in production planning, materials, or supply chain.

  • Knowledge of ERP systems (preferably Littelfuse’s ERP).

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages.

  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

  • Basic knowledge of safety and hygiene practices.
