About the roleDNV is seeking a
Planner and Technical Support.
This role would be serving our Supply Chain and Product Assurance's Industrial Services team.
This role will be based out of our
DNV Mexico City office.
Supply Chain and Product Assurance Industrial Services in DNV consist of assurance services based on recognized standards (e.g. SEDEX – SMETA and SVA, RBA, SLCP, IFS GM) or customized protocols (e.g. Code of Conduct and Own Policies) aimed at assessing the compliance of organizations' suppliers base to defined requirements on social responsibility (covering any or all: labor rights, human rights, occupational health and safety, environment and ethics based on local laws and international standards), quality and/or food safety. These services might include defining client-specific requirements and criteria for supplier qualification, evaluation, and monitoring; second-party activities; training programs for suppliers; and IT tool development to manage suppliers’ evaluation and monitoring.

What You'll Do- Specific KPIs related to the tasks and responsibilities of the Planner and Technical Support will be customer satisfaction.
- The Manager will perform an annual evaluation of the Planner.
- Assist contracts and international clients.
- Schedule activities with audited company and with auditors making sure systems are updated (DNV and external system).
- Manage audit platforms for the region.
- Support the sales team by entering quotations into NGQ.
- Follow up on accreditations for certificate issuance and send certificates to the client.
- Collaborate with the finance team for service invoicing.
- Facilitate the necessary interactions with the other company functions and services.
- Ensure the delivery of supplier audits in the region with high quality and standards.
- Regular updating and control of datasets with information submitted from internal and external parties.
- Communication with clients and auditing companies concerning audit arrangements and results.
- Collection and review of company data, audit results, reports.
- Monitoring of performance indicators and customer requirements.
- Other duties as required by management.
- Monitoring of auditors’ performance indicators.
