Emermex, S.A. de C.V. is seeking a Planning professional in Mexicali to join our manufacturing operations. The role focuses on planning activities, coordinating with production, and ensuring timely execution with strong communication across levels.

The candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing or supply chain, at least 3 years of planning experience, and fluency in English and Spanish. Proficiency in MS PowerPoint and ERP/MRP systems is preferred.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Manufacturing or supply chain.
• At a minimum of three (3) years of planning of a manufacturing operation experience.
• Self-starter. Ability to solve problems, take responsibility and deliver results with a spirit of innovation and a strong commitment to excellence.
• Fluency in English and Spanish required (read, write and speak).
• Proficiency in use of MS Office Software – advanced PowerPoint skills required.
• Desirable experience using MRP or Enterprise systems in Planning or Production Control.

APICS CPIM or CSCP desired but not required
