Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of proven experience in the same or a similar role, preferably planning in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of APICS principles and MRP systems.
• Experience using Oracle.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills.
• Proactive, with excellent communication skills.
• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inventory planning and replenishment for assigned components.
• Maintain and monitor Master Data; update planning information so Oracle can plan future requirements.
• Collaborate with Customer Service to meet the Build Plan.
• Work with Expeditors, Quality, Engineering, and Production Leaders to identify issues and propose solutions.
• Expedite and follow up on orders as needed.
• Identify delivery issues and take proactive actions to prevent past-due orders.
• Verify accuracy of information in the MRP system (part numbers, BOMs, part costs) and report discrepancies.
• Perform day-to-day material planning activities for assigned suppliers.
• Understand and use MRP reports to order components for production and ensure delivery dates.
• Manage Work Orders and Job Orders.
• Complete special projects and assignments as requested.
• Coordinate NCRs, RMAs, and RTVs with customers and QA.
• Coordinate with Production to ensure Build Plan execution.
• Manage Expeditors to ensure Build Plan success.
• Participate in production meetings.

• Identify actual and potential delivery issues and take proactive actions to prevent past-due orders, both internally and externally.
• Verify the accuracy of information in the MRP system, including part numbers, BOMs, and part costs; report any discrepancies to the appropriate teams.

• Understand and utilize MRP reports to order components required for production and ensure appropriate delivery dates.
