Qualifications

• 3 years of experience as a pizza maker and at least 2 years as 2nd Commis Pizza
• Recent experience in high-volume handmade pizza production
• Knowledge of USPHS regulations and ability to explain concepts
• Proficient in English language

Responsibilities

• Control production pace and ensure quality and consistency
• Supervise the 2nd Commis-Pizzeria during mise en place and baking
• Ensure production follows company recipes
• Monitor ingredients and mise en place during production
• Maintain section recipe files and adhere to schedules
• Assist cost targets for the Pizzeria as directed by leadership
